Unbundled services

We provide unbundled services, also known as limited scope retainers, to clients who need services/assistance only in limited aspects of their cases. This allows clients to retain us to handle only some part of their case, not the entire case. It will enable them to get professional assistance from an expert at an affordable price.

What can be included?

  • Legal research

  • Legal advice

  • Document preparation and review

  • Legal coaching

  • Representation at a specific stage of a matter (e.g., mediation, motion, or case conference)

We understand that retaining a lawyer for full service can be difficult for many; therefore, to ensure access to justice for everyone, we have decided to provide unbundled services and legal coaching to self-represented litigants.

Statement of purpose

To apply for a college or university in Canada as a student, you need to submit a statement of purpose along with your visa application. This statement is a crucial component of the application process as it allows the applicant to articulate their aspirations, goals, and reasons for pursuing studies in Canada. Crafting a compelling Statement of Purpose is paramount as it provides the visa officer with insights into the applicant’s vision, helping them make the decision.

We can assist you in writing a strong and persuasive Statement of Purpose which can strengthen your chances of getting a study permit.

GCMS Notes

You can request a Global Case management System note from IRCC to know in detail information of your application status or reasons of refusals. It can be requested from IRCC under the Access to Information Act.

To obtain GCMS notes you must make an Access to Information and Privacy (ATIP) request and for that you need to be either a Canadian citizen, permanent resident or residing in Canada. If you are outside of Canada and do not hold a status in Canada, but still need GCMS notes, we can act as your representative.
