Start-up visa
The Start-up Visa program in Canada is designed to facilitate immigrant entrepreneurs with the skills and capacity to establish businesses in Canada, thereby creating employment opportunities and competing globally.
Key requirements include:

Obtaining support from a designated organization

Possessing a qualifying business, where all applicants must collectively hold a minimum of 10% of voting rights, with both applicants and the designated organization jointly holding 50% of the voting rights at the time of receiving support

Upon receiving Permanent Residency (PR), demonstrating active management of a business within Canada, with a significant operational presence and incorporation in the country

Meeting the minimum language proficiency requirement of Canadian Language Benchmark (CLB) 5

Providing evidence of adequate financial resources to sustain oneself and dependents
The program allows up to five individuals to apply as co-owners, fostering collaborative entrepreneurship ventures.

Business visitor visa
The business visitor visa enables individuals to travel to Canada with the purpose of engaging in international business ventures or exploring opportunities to expand investments or networks within the Canadian business landscape. Canada permits business visitors to remain in the country for a maximum of six months.
Permissible activities for business visitors include:

Acquiring goods, orders, or services for a foreign business or government

Conducting training sessions for employees at a Canadian branch of a foreign company

Attending trade fairs, meetings, conferences, conventions, or training sessions
